Heart of Silk

At the center of this scarf stands the Maison Eliassa emblem: a Moroccan teapot, gently distorted, holding a heart within.

This symbol originates from Jihad Eliassa’s 2015 transparent resin sculpture, where the teapot became a vessel for intimacy, memory, and emotion. Over time, it evolved into the signature of the Maison. Not a logo, but a mark.

Surrounding it, a geometric frame inspired by Darj ou Ktef, a historic zellij pattern crafted by master artisans in Fes. Its rhythm anchors the piece in Moroccan heritage, while its reinterpretation reflects Eliassa’s contemporary language of distortion and balance.

The outer border carries tones drawn from the Moroccan national football team of 1998. A quiet reference. Collective memory translated into color.

Printed on 100% silk twill, in a 90 × 90 cm format, Heart of Silk belongs to Rouh Zhar, the first collection of Maison Eliassa. A collection conceived as an introduction, not an explanation.

Each scarf is presented in Maison Eliassa’s signature packaging, accompanied by an Eliassa shopping bag that mirrors the palette of the piece.
